In my opinion the Dormy House is the best carvery in this area. The staff and owner are very friendly and professional. I recommend the Dormy House if you want good food.

Amazing Carvery


I visited over the weekend and LOVED the carvery! The meats were all cooked to perfection, vegetables were all fresh and the potatoes were homemade crispy and soft! The staff are super friendly and made us feel so welcome! I can’t wait to come back.

Lovely carvery, excellent service, friendly staff and the best Yorkshire’s I’ve ever tasted. Haven’t been here for a number of years and wow what a transformation.
